As relational beings, our lives take place in our relationships. As a couples, marriage, and family counselor, Amber Phipps understands the importance of all relationships. She believes in a holistic approach, addressing emotional, social, spiritual, and physical needs for us to develop our full potential and enhance our overall well-being. Amber meets her clients where they are and addresses the concerns that they have. She enjoys assisting people in their journey towards healing, change, learning, and growth.

Amber Phipps is a Couples and Family Counselor. She has a Master of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Capella University. She is a Certified Affirmative Therapist (CAT) and is certified in Mental Health First Aid.


Amber is a member of two Honor Societies, Chi Sigma Iota for counselors and Delta Kappa for Marriage and Family Therapists. She utilizes experiential therapy, collaborative language systems, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and Mental Research Institute (MRI) Systemic Therapy for families and couples.


Amber Phipps is a native of Northern Colorado and enjoys working with her community. She has spent the past three years working extensively with families and relationships, boundaries, and adjustment to life’s challenges.
