Katherine Fijman believes that everyone has the strength, courage, and ability to make their life better, and she strives to provide a warm, supportive, safe environment for that change to occur. Katherine utilizes various proven therapeutic techniques to empower clients in increasing their awareness while cultivating authenticity, self-worth, and self-acceptance.

Katherine Fijman is a National Certified Counselor. She has a Master of Education Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Mississippi. Katherine integrates techniques and knowledge from a variety of modalities to fit her clients and their goals. She primarily uses techniques from Existential Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Reality Therapy.
