At some point in our life we will all face grief, death, loss, a break up, even trauma, and also a chance to rebuild. As we come across these human challenges, we can grow, heal, and rebuild from them as long as we are willing to have the intention to be the author of our new story. Tara Doudy is here as both your counselor and a witness as you engage in creating and living your new story.
Tara Doudy uses a narrative approach in therapy, meeting her clients with authenticity, compassion, and acceptance in order to empower them to move to a place where they can build their dreams and live a life of meaning and purpose. She provides care, warmth, and authenticity to connect and collaborate with her clients. Tara has a passion for walking alongside someone else’s journey, providing a map and compass to help them discover their path to success and happiness; a place of healing, growth, and thriving.
